On a mission to unify female artists within a community, artists Alice Mizrachi and Toofly founded Younity in 2007. Growing quickly since its beginnings, Younity now presents their 2nd annual exhibition and book launch titled Heart & Soul, showcasing the work of 60 avant-garde urban contemporary international female artists. Included will be the likes of Toofly, Lady Pink, Martha Cooper, Swoon, and Mad C amongst others. The show will open up October 17th, 2008 and run for a month until the 17th of November at Alphabeta.
